Aug 11. Starting October 30, Aeromexico will resume operations between Mexico City (MEX) and Havana, Cuba (HAV) with daily flights offering almost 10,000 seats per month. The company’s last operation on this route was March 29, 2020.

We will continue to foster partnerships with the Cuban capital to increase the flow of visitors to the island,» said Giancarlo Mulinelli, Senior Vice President of Global Sales.
According to data compiled by Aviacionline in 2019 between Mexico City (MEX) and Havana (HAV) 468,884 passengers and 765.65 tons of cargo were mobilized in 3,158 air operations, it was the main route between the Aztec country and the Caribbean.
With the resumption of this service, the company strengthens its operation in the Caribbean, completing the route to Santo Domingo (SDQ) operated by its subsidiary Aeromexico Connect with daily flights operated by Embraer E190, raising its offer in the region to 15,500 seats per month in 120 air operations.
