In yet another sign that he French travel economy is expected to grow in time for the annual holiday season, Air France announced the expansion of its service to the Caribbean this summer. The new move will include up to 14 weekly flights from Paris-Orly Airport to both Guadeloupe and Martinique.
The carrier will also be operating up to seven flights each week to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic; up to three flights each week to Santo Domingo and up to five weekly flights to Cancun, Mexico.
As for Havana service, Air France said it planned on serving the Cuba market “subject to the lifting of travel restrictions.”
