The Argentinian Minister of Tourism, Matías Lammens, announced that “Argentina will open its borders with its neighboring countries in the next few days. The announcement effects: Paraguay, Brazil, Uruguay, Bolivia and Chile. At first, inbound airline passengers will be permitted entry only via Ezeiza airport. Cruise ferry passengers will enter via Buenos Aires; Ground crossings will remain closed indefinitely”. Tourists will be allowed to stay a maximum of 10 days, and they will be required to provide evidence of negative COVID-19 test results. Regulations in this matter are still under development and should be submitted in the next few days.
