May 21. Spain will open its doors to vaccinated Americans starting June 7. No period of quarantine will be necessary after arrival. Proof of vaccination must be shown in the form of a vaccination card or certificate of vaccination.
Unvaccinated minors in the same family will also be permitted entry. Children ages 6 to 17 must show proof of a negative Covid-19 test performed “at least 72 hours prior to arrival.” Those under 6 do not need to provide a negative test result.
Before departure, travelers are required to fill out a health questionnaire, which can be found online.
Greece, Croatia, Italy and Iceland are already open to U.S. leisure travelers.
