The tourists arrived from Madrid in the flight 6317 of Iberia on Monday night. With their arrival, Costa Rica has officially resumed its tourist activities after their suspension on March 18. 13 passengers were tested for COVID-19 upon arrival as they did not take the test before in their country of origin. They will have to isolate until the test results are ready. With the current restrictions, the airport authorities estimate an average of 5 international commercial flights per week.
