As president of Global Excel Management Inc. in Latin America, Victor Navarro sees a before and an after in life since the Covid-19. As one of the principal business leaders of our industry in the region, he turns on his microphone to MDabroad and states that the pandemic and its consequences will allow the survival of “those who have been able to maintain the virtualization of services with quality”.
In an interview, Navarro acknowledges that in this new way of life “we must optimize the customer experience” to meet the expectations of a new society that needs a better normal standard for the future where, undoubtedly, decisions will have to be made from our most humane perspective.
