Feb 28. P&O Cruises has dropped its requirement for passengers to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and to take a test before their holiday.
Previously, the cruise line required all guests to be fully vaccinated – and with a booster if eligible – a minimum of 14 days before travelling.
Self-administered tests with a negative result were also required before sailing.
A message to passengers on Monday (February 27) said these requirements have now been dropped.
Cruise J301, which still requires the Covid measures, is Arcadia’s World Cruise, Classic Southern Hemisphere Journeys or Exotic fly-cruises.
P&O Cruises’ new ship, Arvia (pictured), will host Olly Murs and two Radio 2 DJs for a beach-side naming ceremony in Barbados on March 16.
