MSC Cruises records the best month in its history

ElsewhereUpdates

Nov 10. MSC Cruises has reached a record with more reservations in October 2022 than it has had in a month in its entire history. Nearly 400,000 guest bookings were made for 2022/23 itineraries across its global fleet last month.

Ships show occupancy levels above the historical average both for the upcoming 2022/23 summer and for the rest of next year, including the upcoming 2023/24 season. The line recorded strong bookings for all programmes, including MSC Seascape due for delivery later this year and MSC Euribia early next year.

Gianni Onorato, CEO of MSC Cruises, said: «October has been the strongest month for bookings in the entire history of our brand. This reflects the continuous and strong investments made in our fleet, which is one of the most modern in the sector with five new state-of-the-art ships delivered in the last three years alone and more than any other brand since 2017. Our guests and business partners also appreciate the continuously enhanced experience we offer on our elegant and sophisticated ships, the truly global range of itinerary options available, as well as our commitment to environmental sustainability.»
